Terms & Conditions

By sending an order email, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions: Each Mystery Box contains a surprise selection of items featuring custom pet artwork by Shadow’s Jazzy Sketches. Because this is a mystery product, the specific items, designs, colors, and quantities included will vary and cannot be requested or guaranteed. Clear pet photos are recommended when submitting photos for custom artwork. You will receive a digital proof for any custom artwork included in your box to approve before production begins. One revision is included. After approval, payment through Venmo is required before your order is printed and shipped. Because this is a custom, physical product, please allow time for production and delivery. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered. Artwork is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. I am not responsible for mail delays, damage, or loss. By placing an order, you agree that your Mystery Box and its contents may be showcased on Instagram or the Shadow’s Jazzy Sketches website unless you request otherwise.
